At Krislite, we’re looking for a motivated and charismatic Sales & Projects Executive to be the face of our high-end lighting solutions. In this hybrid role, you’ll take the lead in driving sales growth by connecting with homeowners, developers, architects, and interior designers—offering bespoke lighting concepts that transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones. Beyond sales, you’ll be hands-on in seeing projects through from concept to completion, collaborating with our in-house teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, developers, architects, and contractors.

• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales within the luxury residential sector.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations on lighting products and solutions.

• Conduct presentations, site visits, and client meetings to support sales efforts.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitive offerings to position Krislite as a preferred partner.

• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) to ensure seamless project execution.

• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with resolving any issues that arise during project implementation.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients during key project phases, ensuring clear communication and updates.


Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in lighting, interior design, architecture, or a related industry.

• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including developers, homeowners, and consultants.

• Strong understanding of the residential market, especially in high-end or luxury segments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Project Administrator / Project Coordinator

At Krislite, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Sales and Project Coordinator to keep our projects running seamlessly from start to finish. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the backbone of our project operations—coordinating activities, managing documentation, supporting procurement, and bridging communication between our internal teams and external partners. With your sharp eye for detail and organisational flair, you’ll help ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, resources, and schedules to support timely project execution
• Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and external stakeholders to define and document project requirements and deliverables
• Monitor and track project progress, highlighting potential delays or risks
• Maintain and organise project documentation, including schedules, plans, reports, and records
• Assist in the preparation and submission of project-related documents such as quotations, tenders, and invoices
• Support the procurement and delivery process by coordinating orders and ensuring timely receipt of project materials
• Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth project handovers and address project-related queries
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and workshops as required
• Prepare status updates and progress reports for internal and external communication
• Ensure all administrative tasks related to projects are completed accurately and promptly
• Maintain organised filing systems for project documents, correspondence, and records


Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will have an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently
